Cancellation and Return Policy 

Our shop is currently a made-to-order style with multiple customizing options. You have 24 hours to cancel your order, after 24 hours your order can not be cancelled.

If you do not receive the exact item you ordered. While we do our very best to make each sure that each and every order is right, we're all human and mistakes (very) occasionally happen. Please send us a at cheartclothing@gmail.com and we will replace your item!

Processing and Shipping Policy

Orders are filled in the order they are received. While most orders are shipped early, please anticipate the full processing time on your order.

Our estimated processing time ranges from 2-3 weeks. Please be sure to review the full product listing and our shop announcements for the most current processing time. We are unable to cancel orders once placed. Due to possible USPS delays, we cannot guarantee delivery by specific dates or holidays. 

USPS PRIORITY MAIL: We highly encourage shoppers to select USPS Priority Mail (estimated 1-4 business days) at checkout, especially if items are needed by specific dates or holidays. Please know that selecting Priority Mail does not shorten the processing time needed to create and process your order.
